White Tara Mandala II
The square structure in the middle is a palace for the resident deities. A temple containing the essence of the Buddha. Four elaborate gates symbolize. The four directions: south, north, east and west. The four boundless thoughts: loving- kindness, cpmpassion, sympathy and equanimity.
White tara is the manifestation of Avaloketeshvera, God of compassion which is manifested from right eye tears. White tara is also known for compassion, long life, healing and serenity, and moreover wish fulfilling wheel. Tara also embodies many of the qualities of feminine principle.She is known as the mother of mercy and compassion. Seven eyes represent its ability to see all human suffering, as well as to encourage the devotee to develop vigilance and sensitivity to the energy in and around them.
